Case 2 - Annual promotion increases loyalty among an ethnic community.
A large company was seeking a way to provide incentives to a highly concentrated ethnic community during an annual event in the area. The purpose of the promotion was to increase both brand loyalty and enjoy repeat purchases. The end-result was met with great success in the ethnic community and with our client who expressed great enthusiasm in how the promotion was embraced by the community.
